Member conservation districts are eligible for insurance coverage through the Nevada Public Agency Insurance Pool (NPAIP, but often referred to as POOL), as well as coverage through the Public Agency Compensation Trust (PACT). NvACD acts as the main policy holder, but each conservation district works with a POOL/PACT representative to obtain specific coverage to better suit their needs.
